Who we are

This site is run by Crutch Walker LLC, founded by Dana Albrycht.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, message, and any optional details you add (for example organization or event date). We also record which form you used and when you sent it. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or sell anything on this site.

How we use it

We use your information only to read and reply to your message. If you tick the optional updates box, we may also send you occasional updates by personal email. We do not use a mailing-list service. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's stored and who sees it

Form messages are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, in the United States or wherever Cloudflare operates. Each message is deleted automatically 12 months after it is sent, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. Only Dana Albrycht and the assistants who help him manage inquiries can read them. If we turn on email notifications, a copy of your message is also sent to our team inbox (Gmail) and kept there under Google's terms until we delete it. Like any website, Cloudflare also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and block abuse; we do not use it to track you.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete what you sent us at any time.
